đ Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AaVi Technos – Website Name (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including our vehicle emergency registration service, QR-code generation, and masked-calling feature. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
đ 1. Description of Service
Our Platform allows users to register vehicle and emergency contact information, in exchange for a one-time or annual fee, and receive a unique QR code sticker for their vehicle. When a helper scans this QR code, they can view limited safety information (vehicle number, blood group, medical notes) and initiate a masked telephone call to the registered emergency contact, without either party’s real phone number being disclosed to the other.
đ¤ 2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to register for our service. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit â including your emergency contact’s phone number â is accurate and that you have obtained that person’s consent to be listed as an emergency contact and to be contacted through our Platform.
đ° 3. Fees & Payment
Access to your QR code and masked-calling feature is activated only after successful payment of the applicable fee (one-time registration fee or annual subscription fee), as displayed at the time of registration. Payments are processed through Razorpay, PayU India, or UPI, and are subject to their respective terms. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refund eligibility.
â 4. Consent & Acceptance
Before your QR code and public profile are activated, you will be required to affirmatively confirm your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions via a checkbox confirmation. This consent is a mandatory precondition to activation of the service.
đĢ 5. Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not use our Platform to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent vehicle, medical, or contact information.
- Harass, threaten, or make unsolicited or malicious calls to any emergency contact number through our masked-calling feature.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, intercept, or otherwise discover the real phone number of any party involved in a masked call.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or another user’s account.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to our Platform, without refund, for any user found to be in violation of these prohibitions. All masked-call attempts are logged for security and fraud-investigation purposes, and may be shared with law enforcement authorities upon a valid legal request.
đ¨ 6. Not an Emergency Dispatch Service
Our Platform is an informational and communication-facilitation tool only. It is not a substitute for official emergency dispatch services. In the event of a genuine medical, accident, or safety emergency, users and helpers must first contact official emergency services (such as 112, the national emergency helpline, or local police/ambulance services) before or alongside using our Platform.
âī¸ 7. Telecom Infrastructure Dependency
Our masked-calling feature depends entirely on third-party licensed telecommunications infrastructure providers (Twilio Inc. and/or Exotel Techcom Pvt. Ltd.). We do not guarantee uninterrupted call connectivity and shall not be held liable for call drops, delays, network congestion, carrier-side blocking, or other downstream telecom infrastructure issues beyond our reasonable control.
đ 8. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
Annual plan subscribers will be notified in advance of their renewal date. You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current subscription period.
Šī¸ 9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, source code, and design elements of the Platform are the property of [Your Business/Legal Name] and are protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our Platform without prior written consent.
âī¸ 10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, AaVi Technos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to failed or delayed emergency contact connections, inaccurate information submitted by users, or third-party telecom/payment gateway failures.
đĄī¸ 11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AaVi Technos, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or any false information you have submitted.
đ 12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via our Platform, and continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
đī¸ 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
