⚠️ Important: Please Read Before Use

AaVi Technos through Website provides a vehicle emergency contact details facilitation service. This Disclaimer clarifies the scope, limitations, and appropriate use of our Platform.

🚨 1. Not a Replacement for Official Emergency Services

This Platform is an informational and communication tool only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any government emergency dispatch system, ambulance service, police, or fire department. In the event of a genuine emergency — accident, medical crisis, or safety threat — please contact 108 (AP & TG) and 112 (India’s national emergency helpline) or your local emergency services immediately, in addition to or instead of using our Platform.

📶 2. Dependency on Third-Party Telecom Infrastructure

Our masked-calling feature relies on third-party licensed telecom infrastructure providers. We do not control, and are not responsible for, network availability, call quality, carrier-side call filtering, or connectivity issues arising from the helper’s or emergency contact’s mobile network operator.

📝 3. Accuracy of User-Submitted Information

Medical notes, blood group, and other safety information displayed on a public profile are submitted by the vehicle owner and are not verified by us for medical accuracy. Helpers and emergency responders should treat this information as a preliminary reference only and exercise independent judgment.

🔐 4. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that our Platform, QR codes, or masked-calling feature will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times, including during server maintenance, third-party service outages, or force major events.

⚖️ 5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, AaVi Technos disclaims liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from reliance on this Platform, delayed or failed emergency contact connections, or inaccuracies in user-submitted information.
